2. Services, Information Products, and Goods

GoldenRest offers three categories of offerings:

• Resort Services: On-site wellness retreats and personalized care programs.
• Information Products: Digital guides, tutorials, and courses related to healthy retirement living.
• Goods: Physical items such as wellness kits, supplements, and branded merchandise.

3. Eligibility and Use

By accessing our offerings, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and can enter into a binding agreement under Swiss law. All offerings are for personal use only.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

4.1 Resort Services

Reservations for on-site services may be cancelled or transferred under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund issued via the original channel within 7 business days.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable due to pre-arranged accommodation and staffing commitments.
• Transfers to an alternative date or to another guest may be requested up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability and approval.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted. No refunds will be issued after delivery. If you encounter technical issues accessing your digital product, please Contact Us for support.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please Contact Us. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund via the original channel within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldenRest shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our offerings.

6. Changes to These Terms

GoldenRest may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Revised terms will take effect upon posting on this site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
